Our client operates a small selection of beautiful boutique hotels and we are looking for for a friendly, self - motivated and creative individual who can drive Corporate, Wedding and Events sales to join them. WIth a fresh and entrepreneurial way of working, my client seeks a proactive, well-presented sales professional to join them.
This is an exciting opportunity and requires a proactive individual to seek new sales leads as well as retaining existing clients. As the Sales and Events Coordinator you will be manage the process from initial enquiry to meeting potential and current customers and ensuring the planning of their wedding or event is executed professionally and accurately. You will also assist in the co-ordination and delivery of weddings and events up to and including the day of the wedding/event.
This is a proactive sales and events positions with a lot of client facing and coordination management.
Due to the nature of the role previous proactive selling experience within the hospitality sector is required. This position would suit an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual, who has an entrepreneurial flair and a talent for seeing a sales opportunity where others cannot. Excellent communication skills is imperative. You will need to have previous experience in running and managing a broad portfolio of events and a portfolio of previous successful sales ability.
